In This Episode: Today I am joined by our recently hired Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Gulliver LaValle. Gully is our first-ever full-time Director of DEI. The decision to create his position emerged after a number of years of discussion about how we can best meet the goal of being an intentionally diverse community that sees DEI as core subject matter. The creation of a senior leadership position signals and believes students learn best in an inclusive environment where every child has a voice.
